Flat Fizz is a mucky and leaky fizzy drink bottle. Her eyes are pointing at different directions and some of her contents are spilling out of her mouth.
In the webseries, her face is place slightly lower on her. She is also colored in her figure's aqua variant color, rather than the bright blue that her static art has.
